Turning 29 and celebrating the New Year.

Kip and I spent a great evening camping near this creek & fly fishing. We didn’t have much luck outside of tiny brook trout but we both still had fun.

My boy hiked 6.10 miles up 1,300 feet of elevation to Summit Lake today. He’s jumped into the lake as soon as he saw it, jumped out of it just as fast as soon as he felt how cold it was.
He’s spent the rest of the day snoozing.
